Our in-person sessions take place at Progress Works Gym, and all our coaches have personal trainer certifications. Here you will receive our complete attention and get individualised support based on your desired fitness and health outcomes. All of our clients receive guidance from a qualified and expert athlete trainer.
HOME BASED TRAINING ONLINE
Sometimes booking an in-person program can be challenging in between work, family and life commitments. As an alternative, try our personal trainer course online. We bring our expertise and experience to you through internet advice, coaching and tips.
Our programmes and coaches push your body, we understand this means sometimes you may need to recover better. All of our coaches offer recovery advice and are well trained in modern recovery techniques including qualified sports massage, trigger point and mobility. Kalective Fitness also partners with AB Sports Therapy providing extensive recovery and injury rehabilitation.
Understanding nutrition that is right for you will dramatically impact performance and your results. Here you will receive our complete analysis , guidance and input to assess your nutritional needs related to your training performance goals. We offer this to all of our in person clients but can also be purchased seperately.
