Service Description

A 60-minute video assessment with Kalern for online clients in the UK and worldwide. We review your goals, training history and any race coming up, run a guided movement check and HYROX benchmark you can do at your own gym, then you get a written 12-week plan.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please do so 24 hours in advance otherwise a 50% fee of the session will apply.
